Requirement Procedure

The recruitment process starts after receiving the following document from our foreign principals

  • Power of Attorney (see¬† Annexure I)
  • Demand letter (see Annexure II)
  • Letter in the name of Ambassador/Consul General of the Employer country in Pakistan (see Annexure-III)
  • Visa slip in original.
  • Copy of the Employer ID card.
  • Copy of the Employer commercial Registration/License.


The short listed candidates are thereafter required to appear before the selection board. And the selected candidates are put to trade tests. The final rating is done after consideration of the individual’s overall performance.

Deployment of Emigrants

Finally, immediate arrangements are for deployments of the emigrant(s) to join the duties with the respective employer.



The documents received from the employer are submitted to the Emigrants (Govt. of Pakistan), for necessary registration/permission.\


Thereafter, the vacancies are advertised through a leading National Newspaper, to attract a large number of candidates against the demand(s) received.


On the evaluation of the applications received, shortlisting of the deserving candidates is initiated, and call letters are issued for provisional interviews and trade test,s etc.


The finally selected candidates are required to appear before the Medical Board comprising of highly competent specialist/doctor for conducting of the complete medical check-up. These medical centers are approved by the GCC/and the consultant of the employer country. VISA ENDORSEMENT On completion of the required formalities, passport of the candidate along with all of the required documents are submitted for visa stamping to the Embassy/Consulate of the country of employment Government Of Pakistan Requirements Final Registration of the candidates.
After visa stamping, the papers are passed on to the ministry of labor (government of Pakistan) prior to their final registration of the candidates. This process is normally completed within 24 hours from the time of submission of passports and documents to the authority concerned Briefing and orientation Regulations like drub abuse etc

A full-length briefing is conducted by us and department / protector of emigrants (government of Pakistan) so that they must well acquaint them selves with the rules and regulations of the country of employment particularly the strict laws about drug abusing.
